Fellow rowers Eric Murray and Hamish Bond were declared the supreme and team award winners for their invincibility across two Olympic cycles in the men's pair.
Former All Blacks captain Richie McCaw and canoeist Lisa Carrington took out the respective sportsman and woman honours.
Sophie Pascoe wrapped up the para-athlete title, while Gordon Walker took the spoils in the coaching ranks.
