Renewed calls for Yellow books to stop being distributed to New Zealand households

People can opt out to receiving the business and residential directory books -- but only 7 per cent of the country has.
Geoff Neil is calling for it to be an opt-in service instead after fifty were dropped off at his apartment building.
He says the opt-out doesn't work because it takes time and effort.
Neil says he's done it twice and they don't listen and dump the books on you.
Yellow says the books still have a role, with 7.2 million lookups per month.
