There have been more riots in Minneapolis following the shooting of a black man by police

Kim Potter, who'd been a cop for 26 years, says she accidentally shot Daunte Wright during a scuffle in Minnesota, instead of tasering him.
US correspondent Anna Burns Francis says she's been arrested and will be charged with second degree manslaughter.
She says it's killing by negligence and carries a prison sentence of up to ten years.
Burns Francis says this case will come down to how police are operating, their training and how they carry their weapons.
