Katie Price is reportedly engaged to Carl Woods

Katie and Carl – who have been dating for 10 months – are believed to have accepted a five-figure offer to confirm the news through a magazine, and reportedly posed for a photoshoot for the reveal this week.

A source told The Sun: “Katie is madly in love with Carl and excited to take the next step in their relationship.

“But — ever the businesswoman — she knows this is also an opportunity to pick up an easy pay cheque. Katie won’t confirm the news until the cash is in the bank.

“Katie has been down this road many times before but she has no reservations about taking the plunge with Carl.

“She’s a true romantic and, in him, she thinks she’s finally found the one.”

The engagement marks the seventh time Katie has been someone’s fiancée, but when the pair tie the knot, Carl will be her fourth husband.

Katie was previously married to Peter Andre from 2005 to 2009, Alex Reid from 2010 until 2012, and Kieran Hayler, whom she separated from in 2018 after five years of marriage before their divorce was finalised last month.

The beauty was also previously engaged to Warren Furman, Leandro Penna, and Kris Boyson, but the romances ended before they walked down the aisle.

Meanwhile, Carl recently spoke about his desire to marry Katie, as he said they have already discussed what their wedding will look like.

The 31-year-old hunk insisted their nuptials will be very different to the lavish Cinderella-themed celebration Katie had when she married first husband Peter Andre, her second Las Vegas wedding to Alex Reid and the Bahamas beach ceremony she and Kieran had.

He explained: “I promise you it will be different and quirky. It will be nothing like she’s ever done before.

“I wanted to do something different because I am different. This is the final wedding for her now, and this one is for keeps.”

The couple have also discussed having children together, with Carl insisting he’d like to have two kids with Katie – who is mother to Harvey, 18, whom she has with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with first husband Peter, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with Kieran.

He said: “We’re not being careful, we’re just letting nature take its course and we’re having a lot of fun trying in the meantime.

"We’d like to have two children quite close together. Her other kids are quite close and that makes a better bond.

“I’m close to my sister and we’re 18 months apart.

“In five years’ time, I see us married with our own kids, in our own house, with Porsches outside. We’ll have to buy a bigger house – we’d need an eight-bed!”
