A trial by the European Medicines Agency shows it's safe in children and seems to be effective, with no signs of serious side effects.
Agency vaccine strategies director Marco Cavaleri says there were 16 children in the trial who contracted Covid-19 ... and they were actually all given a placebo.
He says the data shows that the immune response in the 12 to 15 age group is the same - or even better - than in young adults.
