An employer faces prosecution, over the use of illegal migrant labour at an Auckland construction site

Ten Chinese workers were found in breach of their visa conditions, at a site in March this year.
The employer will appear in the Waitakere District Court later this month.
If found guilty, they could face a fine of up to 10-thousand dollars.
Immigration's Stephen Vaughan, says the prosecution sends a clear message employers should follow the rules on using migrant labour.
