Fonua-Blake has been named in the Warriors' 21 man squad for Sunday's Central Coast game against the Melbourne Storm.
The Tongan front-rower hasn't played since limping off against the Roosters back in round four with a leg injury.
He's been included on an extended bench for the Storm game.
The Warriors are missing Reece Walsh and Adam Pompey through suspension, with Roger Tuivasa-Sheck returning to fullback and Rocco Berry starting at centre.
There's other tweaks in the pack, with Josh Curran back at lock and Tohu Harris switching to the second row with Leeson Ah Mau starting at prop.
Meanwhile, the Warriors have signed Storm prop Aaron Pene from next year.
