    Napier police are appealing for information after a woman in her 90s and her son in his 70s were assaulted in her home

    Napier police are appealing for information after a woman in her 90s and her son in his 70s were assaulted in her home


    It happened between 7 and 8 this morning,.

    They were taken to hospital and are both in a serious but stable condition.

    Police would like to hear from residents and anyone else who was in the Nelson Park and Kennedy Road area around this time, and may have noticed anything unusual.

    Anyone with any information is asked to contact 105 or Crimestoppers.
