The NRL has issued South Sydney forward Jai Arrow with a breach notice after he failed to comply with the league's biosecurity protocols while in camp with Queensland on the Gold Coast

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

It's alleged Arrow allowed an unregistered guest into the Maroons hotel.

He will leave camp for 14 days isolation from home.

The breach notice proposes Arrow is fined 35-thousand dollars and suspended for two matches, which includes the third and final State of Origin match on Wednesday.
