Brit Mark Cavendish hopes his record-equalling win at the Tour de France can help inspire the next generation of cyclists

The 36-year-old has won his 34th career stage, sitting on top alongside Eddy Merckx .
The victory in this morning's 220 kilometre 13th stage was his fourth of the 2021 Tour.
Cavendish says there's been huge growth in cycling in the UK, and he hopes that continues.
Slovenian Tadej Pogacar is still in the leader's yellow jersey.
