The Transport Accident Investigation Commission is appealing for any witnesses to a hot air balloon crash near Arrowtown on Friday

Two of the 11 people on board were seriously hurt, with nine others recovering from moderate to minor injuries.
Chief Investigator of Accidents Harald Hendel says they're interested in hearing from people who saw the accident or saw the balloon near the ground - especially if they took photos or video.
Two investigators are expected to spend several days canvassing the accident scene, securing electronic records and interviewing witnesses.
