Second-rower Tohu Harris and hooker Wayde Egan suffered season-ending exits in the club's 30-16 loss to the Panthers in Brisbane.
Harris has a torn ACL, while Egan has suffered a shoulder injury.
The Warriors had no reserves in the second half.
Coach Nathan Brown refused Egan's offer to return.
Skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck also left the field with concussion.
