    It will go down as one of New Zealand's greatest Olympic hours


    Two golds and a silver in the rowing with the men's eight emulating the 1972 crew winning gold, the women's eight taking silver and single sculler Emma Twigg winning gold.

    Defending champions Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are up to third in the 49er Class at the sailing.

    They've had a third in race seven of 12 and are seven points behind the leaders from Britain.

    470 sailors Paul Snow-Hansen and Dan Willcox have finished fifth in race five and are fourth overall.

    Lewis Clareburt's wrapped up his campaign in the pool by finishing eighth in the men's 200 metres individual medley final.


    The weather has disrupted the men's golf.

    Ryan Fox is sheltering from the thunderstorms through four holes of his second round in the men's golf.

    He is even for his round, one under for the tournament and eight shots off the pace.
