    Lisa Carrington has qualified impressively for two semi finals on the opening day of her Canoe Sprint campaign at the Tokyo Olympics


    The two times defending champion has clocked the fastest time in the heats for tomorrow's K1200 semi finals.

    Carrington then teamed with Caitlin Regal to qualify third fastest for the K2 500 semis.

    Regal is thrilled with their performance on Sky Sport.



    Teneale Hatton and Alicia Hoskin have their K2 500 quarter final shortly.
