    Kiwi cyclists Sam Webster and Ethan Mitchell have qualified for the round of 32 in the men's sprint


    Webster was the fastest of the Kiwis, qualifying 18th with 9.631 seconds, meanwhile Mitchell got through by the skin of his teeth with 9.705 seconds, placing 24th, with the top 24 qualifiers going through.

    Ellesse Andrews has just got underway in the women's Keirin heat.

    Webster and Mitchell will shortly get underway in their round of 32 heats.
