    Hopes a small north Waikato town will be lumped in with Auckland, come next week


    Checkpoints at the border south of Auckland boundary will be re-instated when alert levels change midnight Tuesday.

    Pokeno community board chair Ric Odom says he's hopeful it'll be further south then them.

    He says they weren't included last level four, and that created some issues as many people commute in and out of Pokeno.
