Sophie Pascoe and William Stedman have won medals again for New Zealand on day seven of the Paralympics

Pascoe has won gold in the 100 freestyle S9, adding to her bronze in the backstroke the day before and breaststroke last week.

Hybrid athlete William Stedman's followed up his long jump silver with a bronze in the 400m T36 on the track.

Stedman says it was tough backing up in a different event.
