New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox tees off in one of his biggest tournaments of the year tonight

New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox tees off in one of his biggest tournaments of the year tonight

The BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth is the European Tour's flagship event.

Fox is under pressure to play well as he's currently 97th in the Tour standings with the top 115 at the end of the season guaranteed full playing rights for next season.

But the Kiwi is aiming to crack the top 60 by the end of the season in November to qualify for the season ending Dubai World Championship.

Fox gets underway at 6-30pm in the first round.
