Freestyle skier Nico Porteous admits to wiping his brow after getting selected for the Beijing Winter Olympics, despite being the incumbent halfpipe world champion and 2018 Games bronze medallist

Freestyle skier Nico Porteous admits to wiping his brow after getting selected for the Beijing Winter Olympics, despite being the incumbent halfpipe world champion and 2018 Games bronze medallist

The 19-year-old joins fellow freestyle skiers Finn Bilous , Margaux Hackett, snowboarder Zoi Sadowski-Synott and alpine skier Alice Robinson.

Porteous says the call was comforting, given the summer Olympics were shrouded in pandemic controversy at Tokyo.
