Hundreds of thousands of Bonus Bond investors are yet to make contact with the scheme as its wind up continues

Bonds which remain in the scheme will be paid out at a dollar ten per bond - with payments on track to begin in December.

ANZ's Andrew Webster says they're working hard to contact the more than a million investors who are due to receive a share of the 870-million dollars remaining in the scheme.

He says they've heard from 145-thousand bond holders.

That's only about 14 per cent of the total number of bondholders, but does represent 63 per cent of the total funds invested.
