Dairy owners believe they're the answer to delivering Kiwis cheaper groceries

The Dairy and Business Owners Group is calling on the Commerce Commission to separate supermarkets wholesale and distribution centre business units.
It would mean that wholesale and distribution centres would compete with one another for suppliers and retail shelf space.
Chair Sunny Kaushal believes this will make a genuine difference.
He says it would empower the four-thousand dairies across the country to deliver groceries at much lower prices.
