    A clinical psychologist's hopeful tying Covid-19 restrictions to vaccine targets will incentivise people lagging behind to get the jab


    Jacqui Maguire says people who understand the risks of the virus likely have already had their shot.

    She says those who downplay the risks - or don't feel there's big enough reward - fall in two camps, vaccine hesitant or vaccine resistant.

    Jacquie Maguire says to drive vaccination rates up we must focus on the vaccine hesitant, the group left in the middle.
