New Zealand paceman Kyle Jamieson's looking to make a handy contribution with both the ball and bat in the opening test against India in Kanpur, which gets underway tomorrow night

New Zealand paceman Kyle Jamieson's looking to make a handy contribution with both the ball and bat in the opening test against India in Kanpur, which gets underway tomorrow night

It's the Black Caps first test since the world test championship triumph in June.

Jamieson says lower order runs are vital in test cricket, and it's something the bowling group prides itself on.

Dame Noeline Taurua knows there's a lot riding on next year's Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

The Silver Ferns will travel to London in January to take part in a Quad Series against Australia, England and South Africa, aiding in their preparation for Birmingham.

The New Zealand netball side hit a low at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, losing the bronze medal match to Jamaica.

Taurua says that result is part of our history, and they don't want it to repeat.
