Fresh from arriving home in MIQ after consecutive losses, captain Sam Whitelock, assistant coach Brad Mooar and strength and conditioning taskmaster Nic Gill are cycling for 24 hours to raise money for cancer research.
It's part of an annual appeal for the Chalky Carr Trust, set up for the team's former logistics manager Kevin Chalky Carr who died in 2018.
Gill's determined to set a new world record in the process by getting to 752 kilometres.
