    World Rugby's eligibility rule change is set to bring financial relief for Pacific Island unions


    From next year, international players who endure a three-year stand down period from tests can represent their country of birth, or one they have a parent or grandparent from.

    Pacific Rugby Players boss Daniel Leo says having big name players in Pacific Island teams will bring a welcome cash boost.
