A man who allegedly became violent at a pub in Dunedin, over not having a Covid-19 vaccine pass, will be behind bars for at least a week

The ODT reports the 46-year-old, charged with aggravated assault, threatening to kill, possessing a knife and intentional damage, has appeared in the Dunedin District Court.
Police say the defendant came out with a knife and smashed a window with his hand at The Bog, in George Street, on Monday.
