American Madison Keys has advanced to the Australian tennis Open semi finals after a straight sets victory over fourth seed Barbora Krejcikova

Keys had the better of her Czech opponent throughout the entire match, winning 6-3, 6-2.

She'll meet either top seed Ash Barty or fellow American Jessica Pegula in the semi final.



Skier Alice Robinson's hoping to lay down a marker with a confidence boosting Giant Slalom result in Italy tonight before heading to the Beijing Winter Olympics.

She's competed in only three of the five races this season due to being sidelined with Covid, with her best result 11th.

The first run is at 10.30 tonight with the second at 1.30 tomorrow morning.
