    Roger Tuivasa-Sheck's leaned on a former All Blacks captain to get his mind around playing in the Blues midfield

    The code-hopping former Warriors skipper is likely just over a week away from wearing Blues colours for the first time in Super Rugby pre-season.

    Tuivasa-Sheck's spoken to Tana Umaga, who left the Blues coaching set-up last season.

    He describes Umaga as one of the best-ever midfielders.



    The Canterbury Kings have punched their ticket into the men's Twenty20 Super Smash decider, with a six-wicket win over the Wellington Firebirds in the elimination final in Dunedin.



    Madison Keys stands between Ash Barty and a tilt at a first Australian Open title for an Aussie in 42 years.

    The rejuvenated American takes on the world number one in the semi finals tonight, and Barty says Keys is an exceptional talent.
