    The pole vaulter is waiting on airline clearance to transport her poles, and is scheduled to depart on Wednesday.

    Shot putter Jacko Gill has been ruled out of the event through injury while middle distance runner Hamish Carson has exited due to illness.

    Shot putter Tom Walsh, high jumper Hamish Kerr, 3000-metre runner Geordie Beamish and sprinter Zoe Hobbs in the 60 metres are all in Europe preparing for the competition this weekend.
