A Family Court judge has ordered three siblings to get vaccinated against Covid-19

A Family Court judge has ordered three siblings to get vaccinated against Covid-19

Open Justice reports the children's father has also been banned from any further contact - until the children are immunised.

The father argues against his children having the jab while the mother, a healthcare professional, advocates they receive it.

A doctor has assessed the middle child would be at risk of severe illness if he contracts Covid-19 while unvaccinated.

In the decision released this month following the February hearing, Justice Anthony Grieg says he isn't willing to take that risk.
