Beauden Barrett gets the nod at first five in one of only two changes to the Blues side that romped past the Rebels for Saturday's home fixture against the Reds

The All Blacks playmaker returns from a week of rest to start at 10, pushing Stephen Perofeta from pivot back to fullback and Zarn Sullivan dropping to the bench.

Assistant coach Tom Coventry says Barrett and Perofeta are two assets they want on the park at the same time.



The other change sees prop Alex Hodgman return to the front row from injury.
