Farmers say urban policing of boy racers has pushed the groups into the countryside

This has left farmers concerned for their property and livestock.
A Taranaki farmer was recently fined for firing at a group of boy-racers.
Federated Farmers Taranaki President Mark Hooper says they are concerned by the lack of rural policing.
He says we have to think of a longer term community solution to the problem.
