No arrests have been made following an unexplained death in Dunedin

Cordons on Eglinton Road near Unity Park in Mornington have been taken down, after a man was assaulted and run over by a vehicle on Thursday.

A bystander performed CPR on the man, who later died at the scene.

Police say inquiries are continuing into the incident.
