Dongguan Kang was today sentenced to three months electronically monitored community detention for defrauding Customs revenue.
He had been undervaluing fashion items that he imported for resale - one by 65-thousand-dollars.
Customs' Craig Chitty says undervaluation costs taxpayers millions of dollars in lost revenue.
Kang has paid all outstanding duties, totalling more than $270-thousand-dollars.
