The 22-year-old has finished her campaign on a high, winning the keirin, just days after taking out the team and individual sprint races.
In December last year Andrews was involved in a serious crash, breaking her collarbone and suffering concussion.
Former Commonwealth Games cycling gold medallist Alison Shanks says Andrews has worked hard to get herself back to full fitness after the crash.
