    New Zealand has 4540 new community Covid cases today -- and 13 virus-related deaths


    There are 473 people in hospital, aged 64 on average -- 10 in ICU.

    1807 deaths have now been confirmed as attributable to Covid, as the underlying cause or a contributing factor.

    The seven-day rolling daily case average is 3928 -- down from 4750 last Thursday.

    For hospitalisations, the seven day rolling average is 527 - last Thursday it was 617.
