    Bali bombing blast site to be developed into five-storey commercial complex, outraging survivors

    For 17 years, the site where the Sari Club once stood has been left empty. Survivors of the attacks want it turned into a park to honour the victims, but it's about to become a five-storey commercial complex instead.
