    A firearms incident is still being investigated on State Highway 7 between Greymouth and Reefton,

    A firearms incident is still being investigated on State Highway 7 between Greymouth and Reefton,


    Police have just reopened the highway at Totara Flat near the intersection with Granville Road.

    There has been a cordon around the scene and traffic was being diverted away from the main road.

    As yet there are no details of the incident itself.
