    The woman charged with murdering a baby in Motueka will undergo a psychiatric assessment


    The baby was found dead at a property on February 10.

    The 42 year old appeared in the Christchurch District Court this afternoon via video link.

    Judge Paul Kellar granted her interim name suppression.

    She was remanded to a secure unit at Hillmorton Hospital until her next appearance on March 13.
