The wheels are moving on some elective surgeries and within a month or so, the whole country should see progress

New Zealand's mobile surgery bus is starting up in Rangiora today, where it'll initially see six urgent patients.

Mobile Health chief Mark Eager hopes to get things running as they used to before Covid-19.

He says they're not moving for a while - spending two weeks in Rangiora and then two more in Motueka before hopefully starting a five-week cycle around New Zealand.
