Thirteen people have been arrested in South Canterbury after multiple search warrants over the past two days

Police have just wrapped up Operation Gipsy, whish saw them search many addresses between Temuka and Oamaru.

10-thousand dollars cash, a taser and more than 100-grams of methamphetamine were some of the things found.

Aoraki Area Commander Inspector Dave Gaskin says it'll cause serious disruption to the drug's distribution in the area.

A secret laboratory was also located, along with three cannabis grow operations.
