Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a crash in Levin, where a van has rolled down a bank into a river

A Fire and Emergency spokesperson says they were called out at 7:15pm to the scene near Gladstone Road.
They've been working with ambulance and police to extract one person from the river.
St John says one person is in a serious condition, while three others have moderate injuries.
Two ambulances and two helicopters have been at the scene.
