    A torrid week has ended on a happy note for the Hawke's Bay rugby team


    The Magpies have turned around a nine-point halftime deficit to book a spot in the NPC last four with a 38-28 quarterfinal win over Bay of Plenty in Tauranga.

    It comes in the wake of the Ranfurly Shield saga and resulting New Zealand Rugby investigation into the Hawke's Bay side.

    Winning captain Tom Parsons told Sky Sport he's proud how the way they dug deep.



    Hawke's Bay face Wellington in next weekend's semifinals - with Taranaki hosting Canterbury for the other spot in the title decider.
