    The race to win cycling's Tour of Southland is going down to the wire


    Ben Oliver took out the 13-kilometre individual time trial in Winton... 15 seconds ahead of fellow Kiwi Joe Cooper.

    British rider Dan Gardner leads by less than 20 seconds, heading into this afternoon's final 77-K stage to Invercargill....starting at 1.30pm.
