Regional airline Sounds Air is celebrating reaching pre-covid levels, thanks to strong demand this year

The airline operates 10 aircraft - with bookings on the 45 minute Christchurch to Wanaka flight particularly strong.

Managing Director Andrew Crawford says building up again, hasn't come without challenges.

He says fuel and maintenance has been tricky, but he hopes prices will drop down next year and is looking forward to 2024.
