Two people died on State Highway 1 near Oamaru this morning in a two-vehicle smash.
Last night, a baby survived a head-on crash which killed both drivers in North Canterbury's Leithfield.
And, a person died on Sunday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash in Westland's Jacksons.
Canterbury Police prevention manager, Inspector Ash Tabb, says all road deaths are devastating and felt by family and friends -- as well as emergency services and witnesses.
