House prices have remained static since January

A report from Oneroof and Valocity shows average property values in Wellington fell the most - at 1.3 percent.

Arrowtown had the largest gain, with the average value increasing almost 200-thousand dollars.

Valocity Chief Executive, Helen O'Sullivan, says there has been a 10 percent growth in market volume.

The report found a 22 percent lift in mortgage registrations since this time last year.
