    The NZ Companion Animal Register holds more than 1.4-million animal microchip registrations - and shows Milo is the second favourite, followed by Charlie, Daisy and Bella.

    Oddballs showing up in top 10 regional lists include Tofu in Gisborne, and Cheeto on the West Coast.

    Registry manager, Sarah Clements, says names in Te Reo - like Tui, Kiwi and Kea are growing in popularity.
