    Wellington allrounder Logan van Beek is raring to get back into action in the Firebirds' opening T20 Super Smash match of the season against the Central Stags in Palmerston North this afternoon


    The Dutchman was out for around eight weeks with injury after copping a yorker in a preseason game.

    Van Beek told the All Sport Breakfast he's had to be disciplined in preparation.



    First ball's at 4.25pm.
