    Missing Olympic selection may have been a blessing for Laser sailor Tom Saunders


    He's in the gold medal position with one day to go at the world championships in Barcelona after a win, a fourth and a second overnight.

    Saunders admits taking stock after missing out to Sam Meech for Tokyo.



    Saunders has a 14-point lead with three races remaining in the regatta.
